Paleo Bangers N'Mash

Paleo Bangers N'Mash

Sausage fresh 2 lbs
Mushrooms 1 cup sliced
Peppers 1 cup sliced
Onion 1/2 cup sliced
Cauliflower 1 head chopped 1 inch pieces
Broth Vegetable all natural 1 cup
Olive Oil 2 teaspoons

Sauté Mushrooms, Peppers, And Onions in Olive Oil in frying pan. Meantime boil Cauliflower in Broth until fork tender. Then either grill or pan fry Sausage. Set Sausage aside. Using food prices for or hand mixer mash Cauliflower to resemble mashed potatoes. Assemble however but damn good to soak up any alcohol from St Patty's Day!
