Paleo Bannana Chocolate Muffins

Paleo Banana Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:
Almond Flour 1 cup
Coconut Flour 2 tablespoons
Eggs 4 large
Almond/Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
Banana 2 medium
Enjoy Life Chocolate Mini Chips 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1 tablespoon
Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes 1/4 cup

Mash banana or mix in food processor.  Fold in all remaining ingredients except coconut flakes.  Spoon in 3/4 full into foil lined (best for not sticking) cup cake tin.  Sprinkle top of each cupcake with coconut flakes.  Bake at 350 degrees for 17-20 minutes.  Makes 12 cupcakes.
