Paleo Chicken N' Waffles

Paleo Chicken N' Waffles

Soul Food

Ingredients Chicken:
Chicken boneless breast 1 lb
Pecans 1/2 cup
Walnuts 1/2 cup
Coconut flour 1/4 cup
Smoked Paprika 2 tablespoons
Poultry Seasoning 1 tablespoon all natural no preservatives
Eggs 4 large beaten

Grind all nuts & spices in food processor until fine mixture. Dip chicken in beaten eggs then coat with mixture. Bake on 375 for 30-35 minutes until crispy on foil lined baking sheet.

Ingredients Waffles:
Almond flour 1 1/2 cups
Coconut Flour 1/4 cup
Eggs 4 large
Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1 tablespoon
Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
Agave/honey 2 tablespoons
Water 1/4 cup

Mix all ingredients until batter forms. In waffle maker on medium heat make waffles until golden brown.

Serve with any type of egg for extra protein. Never let Doubters tell you that you cannot have some thing just because you're on Paleo. They can suck it!!!
