Paleo Chocolate Mints

Paleo Chocolate Mints

Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips 1 1/2 cups
Coconut Oil 1/4 cup
Coconut Cream Manna 1 tablespoon
Agave/Honey 2 table spoons
Peppermint Extract pure 1/2 teaspoon

Bring Coconut Oil & Cream
Manna to room temperature; slightly melted. Mix Peppermint Extract and Agave/Honey into mixture until cream forms. Next melt Chocolate Chips in double boiler or microwave. Place rounds of melted Chocolate on parchment paper then freeze until hardened. Fill with mint center and freeze again. Finally layer more melted Chocolate on top and freeze one last time. Store in refrigerator.
