Paleo Meatloaf

Paleo Meatloaf

Ground Meat (Beef, Pork, Turkey) 2 lbs
Almond Meal 1 cup
Onion 1 small diced
Garlic clove 1 diced
Eggs 2 large
Tomato Paste 2 tablespoons
Dried Italian Spice blend 1 tablespoon
Sea Salt & Fresh Cracked Pepper 1 teaspoon each

Reserve for top while baking:
Beef Broth 1 cup (organic or natural ingredients only)

Mix all ingredients except broth and place in pan.  Cook for 40 minutes at 350 degrees covered in foil.  Every 10 minutes add a few spoons of broth over meatloaf and recover & continue to bake.  Repeat this process until all the broth is used and seeped into meatloaf.  This will keep it moist.
