Paleo Orange Thighs

Paleo Orange Thighs

Ingredients:
Chicken Thighs 3 lbs skinless

Sauce:
Oranges 2 medium juiced
Lemon 1 tablespoon juice
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Thyme 1 teaspoon dry
Basil 1 teaspoon dry
Orange Zest 1 tablespoon
Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper 1 teaspoon each

Blend all Sauce ingredients in blender until smooth.  Pour over Chicken and marinate over night if possible or minimum of 2 hours.  Bake Chicken in oven on 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes until tender.  Can also be used on Pork or Chicken Breast.  Simple yet delicious!
