Paleo Pizza

Paleo Pizza

Crust Ingredients:
Almond Flour 1 1/2 cups
Coconut Oil 1/4 cup
Eggs 2 large

Combine all crust ingredients and then press on bottom and slightly up edges of 9 inch pie plate. Bake crust at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes until golden.

Filling Ingredients:
Ground Meat 1 lb (Beef, Pork, Turkey)
Sausage 1/2 lb (Natural/No Sugar added) removed from casing
Onions 1 large chopped
Peppers 1 cup Any Type Fresh
Chopped Tomatoes 1 cup
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Toppings: Olives, Hot Peppers

Sauté meat in Olive Oil in frying pan until cooked thru. Add Onions and Peppers and continue to cook thru. Add half if the Tomatoes. Place filling into crust, took with remaining Tomatoes and toppings. Bake at 350 degrees for another 15 minutes. Allow to set for 10 minutes before cutting and serving. Manga!!!
