Paleo Shrimp Diablo

Paleo Shrimp Diablo


Boiled Spagetti Squash 1 cup
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic 2 cloves
Onion 1 medium
Chopped Tomatoes 1 cup
Shrimp 1 pound
Parsley 2 pinches
Coconut Milk 1/4 cup
Cayenne Pepper to taste (optional)

Boil spagetti squash until fork tender in sea salt approximately 20 minutes.
In large skillet heat olive oil and saute garlic and chopped onions.  Add tomatoes & shrimp; cook about 3-4 minutes until pink.  Continue simmering.  Lower heat and add coconut milk, parsley & cayenne pepper.

Eating clean doesn't mean eating boring.
