Paleo Sticky Banana Pie (Raw/Vegan)


Bottom Layer:
Banana 1 large
Dates 3/4 cup
Nuts (Walnuts/Cashew/Almonds) 1/2 cup (lil more if preferred for crunchy)
Pinch of Sea Salt

Top Layer Frosting:
Banana 1 large
Agave/Honey 4 tablespoons
Almond Butter 5 tablespoons
Cocoa Powder 1/4 cup

In Food Processor blend all ingredients for Bottom Layer until a dough forms.  Press on bottom of 9x9 inch pan or pie plate.  Line top with parchment paper and flatten out layer until smooth.  Place in freezer while preparing the next layer.  Rinse Processor and dry before adding remaining ingredients for Top Layer; pulse and scrap down until a consistency of frosting is achieved.  Try not to dive into the mixture as it is dangerously good!  Remove parchment paper from Bottom Layer and smooth the Top Layer Frosting; then place back in the freezer again for 15 more minutes.  Store in refrigerator; very sticky.
