Stuffed Cabbage

Stuffed Cabbage

Cabbage Leaves 10-15
Ground Meat (Beef, Pork, Turkey) 1.5-2 lbs
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic 1 clove chopped
Onion 1 large chopped
Carrots 1/2 cup shredded & chopped
Peppers 1/2 cup chopped
Tomatoes or Tomato Puree 1 cup (section out into 1/2 each)
Red Curry Paste 1 teaspoon
Spices; Basil, Oregano, Sea Salt, & Fresh Cracked Pepper

Saute garlic & onions in olive oil until translucent.  Add ground meat cook until browned.  Add remaining ingredients and 1/2 cup of tomatoes; cook until vegetables are tender.  Mean while boil cabbage leaves until al dente.  Use your palm to hold cooked cabbage leaves and add 2 tablespoons of meat mixture to each leave and wrap like a burrito.  Place each wrapped leave into a bake plate.  Cover with remaining tomatoes and cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
