Paleo Chili

Ingredients:

Ground Meat 5lbs
Peppers 3 Multi Color finely chopped
Sun Dried Tomatoes 1 cup diced
Tomato Paste 1 cup
Tomato Purée 1 cup all natural
Paprika 1/2 cup
Cherry Peppers 1/2 cup diced
Jalapeño 1/2 cup diced
Onions 2 large finely chopped
Garlic 3 Cloves finely chopped
Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Sea Salt 1 teaspoon
Cayenne Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Onion Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin 1/2 teaspoon

Sauté Ground Meat in Olive Oil. Once Meat is brown add Peppers, Onions, and Garlic continue to cook until translucent. Add all remaining ingredients and cook for 2-4 hours (longer the better that's a promise; bust out a crock pot if you have to). Deep, rich and spicy!!!
