Paleo Chocolate Nut Protein Cup Cakes

These are some seXXXy Cup Cakes!  So decadent and rich.   We used for Breakfast, Snack, and Dessert.

Ingredients:
Almond Flour 1 cup
Ground Flax 1 cup
Chocolate Protein Powder 1/2 cup 
Cocoa Powder 1/2 cup
Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
Agave/Honey/Maple 1/2 cup
Eggs 3 large
Coconut Oil 1/4 cup melted
Almond Butter 1/4 cup melted
Nuts 1/4 cup chopped
Enjoy Life Mini Chips 1/4 cup (Chocolate Chips)
Vanilla 1 tablespoon
Baking Powder 1 teaspoon 
Sea Salt 1/2 teaspoon 
 
Mix all ingredients except the Enjoy Life Chips and Nuts (reserve for top).  Spoon batter into 12 lined Cup Cake/Muffin tins.  Top with Chips & Nuts.  Bake at 325 degrees for 17-20 minutes until light golden.
