Paleo Guacamole filled Crepes

Ingredients Crepe: 
Coconut Flour 1 teaspoon
Egg Whites 4 large
Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
Pumpkin Spice 1/2 teaspoon
Stevia Packet (or any)
Baking Powder 1/4 teaspoon (aluminum free)

Ingredients Other:
Avacado 1 medium smashed
Coconut Oil 1 tablespoon (for pan frying)
Maple Syrup (to serve with)

Mix all Crepe ingredients in bowl using a fork.  Whisk until smooth.  Heat Coconut Oil in medium non-stick frying pan.  Pour Crepe batter into pan and swirl until one thin layer.  Cooks fast!  Flip and brown on both sides.  Fill with smashed Avacado then roll up; and top with Maple syrup.
