Paleo Sausage Cabbage Pie AKA Disbrow Pie

Another genius recipe from Christina Disbrow.  With a few simple ingredients in the pie then top however you choose.  Being the Ginny Whaps we are, we chose to put Gravy/Sauce on top of ours.

Sausage 6 links (Hot/Mild)
Cabbage Head 1 medium 

In a baking pie dish lined with Olive oil start layering the Cabbage, then a layer of Sausage.  Alternate layers with the Hot or Mild if using each.  Cover Pie with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour until Cabbage is tender.  The Disbrows have a great sauce with Grrek Yogurt and Mustard that pairs well also.
