Ingredients Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding:
Almond/Coconut Milk 1 & 1/2 cups
Chia Seeds 1/4 cup organic
Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
Chocolate Protein Powder 2 tablespoons
Agave/Honey/Maple 1 tablespoons
Nut Butter 1 tablespoon
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Sea Salt just a pinch
Fresh Figs 1/2 cup sliced
Nuts 1/4 cup
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl; let stand in refrigerator for half an hour and blend again until smooth and creamy. Pudding will continue to thicken.
Top with Nuts and Fresh Figs. I pour into Grab and Go jars!
