Paleo Greek Parfait with Berries

Meal and Snack prep is normal if you are trying to stay healthy and fit.  Do two to four at at time to Max out your efforts.  Just like a WOD!

Berries 2 cups 
Greek/Coconut Yogurt 1 cup
Almonds 1/2 cup sliced
Flax 1/4 cup ground organic
Coconut Flakes 1/4 cup unsweetened 

Layer everything in a mason jar or container and store in refrigerator up to a week depending on freshness of the Berries.
