Paleo Blueberry Lemon Cake

Pulled a good recipe outta my ass again simply by using ingredients that I had on hand.  Myer Lemons are by far the Superior Lemons!  You should try them if you haven't done so yet.

Almond Flour 1 & 1/2 cups
Blueberries 1 cup fresh organic 
Coconut Flour 1/2 cup
Coconut Oil 1/2 cup organic
Agave/Honey/Maple 1/2 cup
Eggs 3 large
Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
Myer Lemon 1 medium fresh squeezed
Myer Lemon Zest 1 teaspoon 
Baking Powder 1 teaspoon 
Vanilla 1 tablespoon
Sea Salt 1/4 teaspoon 

Mix the wet ingredients together then add the dry and fold in the blueberries.  Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until light golden brown.
