Paleo Curry Chicken With Sweet Potatoes

Can't beat the Plop and Drop Method!  The Crock Pot/Slow Cooker is a Paleo Person's Best Friend.

Chicken Thighs 4-5 lbs Boneless cubed
Sweet Potatoes 2 cups cubed
Red Pepper 1 cup cubed
Sweet Onion 1 cup cubed
Coconut Milk 1/2 cup organic
Chicken Broth 1/2 cup organic all natural
Celery 1/2 cup cubed
Garlic 2 cloves minced
Curry Powder 2 tablespoons
Ground Chipotle 1 teaspoon 
Sea Salt/Pepper 1 teaspoon each
Seriously do I even need to give instructions.  Put the Veggies in the bottom of a Crock Pot/Slow Cooker.  Then add the Chicken and remaining ingredients.  Cook for 4-6 hours until tender.
