Paleo Sausage and Chicken Gumbo

Ya'll have to try this recipe; it was so good we were licking the bowl clean!

Ingredients:
Spicy Andouille Sausage 3 lbs sliced
Chicken 2 lbs cooked/sliced
Butternut Squash 2 cups cubed
Broth 2 cups all natural
Bell Peppers 2 cups cubed 
Sweet Onion 1 cup cubed
Celery 1 cup cubed
Carrots 1 cup cubed
Coconut Milk 1/2 cup full fat organic
Garlic 1 clove minced
Smoked Paprika 2 tablespoons 
Cayenne Pepper 1 teaspoon 
Sea Salt/Pepper 1 teaspoon each
Coconut Oil 1 tablespoon 

As always, this recipe makes a big ole batch.  Grease a slow cooker/crock pot with the Coconut Oil then place all ingredients inside and stir.  Cook on low for 4-6 hours until tender.  Believe me, you will not even miss the rice.
