Paleo Vanilla Rasberry Chia Pudding Parfait

Layering different Paleo Chia Pudding flavors then adding a variety of toppings has become my latest obsession!  Here I used Vanilla Chia Pudding, leftover Paleo Cake, Almonds, and topped with a spoon of Chocolate Chia Pudding and Raspberries.  


Ingredients Chocolate Pudding:
Almond/Coconut Milk 1 cup
Chia Seeds 1/4 cup organic
Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons 
Chocolate Protein Powder 2 tablespoons  
Agave/Honey/Maple 1 tablespoons
Vanilla 1 teaspoon       
Sea Salt just a pinch 

Ingredients Vanilla Pudding:
Almond/Coconut Milk 1 cup
Chia Seeds 1/4 cup organic
Vanilla Protein Powder 3 tablespoons  
Agave/Honey/Maple 1 tablespoons 
Vanilla 1 teaspoon       
Sea Salt just a pinch 

Layer, Top, then Nourish your Happy Belly!
