Paleo Protein Crepe

Such a quick way to make a Special Treat!  These are good for anytime. Adapted from the Beautiful and Talented @maripovoasinacio recipe.  

Ingredients:
Egg 1 large 
Vanilla ProteinPowder 1 tablespoon
Almond Milk 1 tablespoon
Pumpkin Pie Spice 1/2 teaspoon 

Coconut Oil 1 teaspoon for cooking

Whisk and cook in small nonstick pan greased with the Coconut Oil.  It only takes about 30-45 seconds to cook on each side.  Crepes can be filled with endless goodies such as Nut Butter, Gaucamole, Whipped Cream, Fruit....
