Paleo Chocolate Pecan Protein Balls

Raw, Vegan, and Paleo!  You can really use so many different options when making protein balls.  Of course those Chocolate Sweet Cravings will hit you when you least expect it (just like slamming your shin into the box = BAM!).

Ingredients:
Pecans 1/2 cup chopped
Medjool Dates 1/2 cup soaked
Cocoa Powder 1/2 cup
Chocolate Protein Powder 1/2 cup
Raisins 1/4 cup soaked      
Vanilla 1 teaspoon 
(More chopped Pecans to roll balls in)


Pulse Dates and Raisins until sticky paste forms (*soak them in water overnight or bing in microwave 1 minute with water until soft) add remaining ingredients and pulse again until incorporated.  Roll into ball then roll into chopped Pecans.  Store in refrigerator or your mouth!!
