Paleo Bacon Shrimp inside Butternut Boats

It's just like it sounds.  Pure & Simple!

Butternut Squash baked
Shrimp 3 lbs peeled & deveined
Bacon 4 slices chopped
Coconut Milk 4 tablespoons 
Garlic 1 clove minced
Onion 1 tablespoon minced
Cilantro 1 tablespoon minced
Paprika 1 teaspoon 
Sea Salt/Pepper to taste 

Saut√© Bacon in skillet until golden brown.  Then add Garlic, Onion, and Shrimp.  Cook about 2 minutes then add remaining ingredients and cook until Shrimp are done.  Pour into Butternut Squash that was simply roasted to perfection.
